GENERAL CONDITIONS

VILLAGE – IT IS INCLUDED IN PRICE

• persons up to the number indicated, independently of their age, apart the extra person/s;
• use of bed lines and towells with weekly change;
• daily cleaning of the Room Beach;
• gas, electricity and water consumption;
• use of the swimming pools;
• one parking place next to the own accommodation unit;
• the accommodation units are fully operational and offer you utensils such as dishes and cooking tools.

N.B. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation units.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
On the arrival day the accommodation unit will be obtainable during the hours communicated in our papers. On the departure day it must be evacuated between 7.00 and 10.00 a.m., after the inal inspection. For anticipated departures, the handing back of the accommodation and eventual inspection must be agreed in the related office.
Arrivals behind schedules must be announced to the Management as soon as possible, and however, as for the anticipated departures, the booked period must be paid entirely.
Delays that exceed the 24 hours and that had not been communicated to the Management will automatically cause the cancellation of the booking.
The Management reserves itself the right to assign the accommodation to its discretion.
By departure the accommodation must be left tidy and clean, free of any item not present in the inventory list provided on arrival.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bookings are made through regular mail, e-mail, fax, telephone or directly in the booking ofice of our holiday center.
The accommodations, generally, can be booked from Saturday to Saturday (for certain units also from Sunday to Sunday) for one or more week/s. In a period of low season shorter bookings are possible.
For stays shorter than 3 nights a supplement of 30% will be added on the regular price.
The booking will be confirmed after receiving the requested account, and will become legitimate through a written conirmation sent by the holiday center.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
The cancellation of the booked period notified through certified mail, e-mail or fax, 45 days before the arrival day will result in the refund of the whole advance payment, booking costs excluded.
If the cancellation occurs between 44 to 30 days before the arrival day, the advance payment will result in the refund of the 30% of the advance payment.
If the cancellation occurs 29 or less days before the arrival day the advance payment will be considered as a penalty for disrespecting the contract and therefore no refund can be claimed.
The date of the receipt of certified mail, e-mail or fax is considered the effective one.

CAMPSITE – IT IS INCLUDED IN PRICE

• use of the pitch by maximum 5 persons, one car and one camping unit;
• water and energy consumption;
• use of the swimming pools.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
The pitches are available from 8.00 to 12.00 a.m. and from 3.00 to 10.00 p.m. with the same conditions as for the accommodation units mentioned above, except the departure instance which must occur before 12 o’clock.
Important: after 12 o’clock you will be charged for an additional night.
The pitch must be left perfectly tidy: possible holes in the ground must be properly reilled and respectful of the vegetation growing on it.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
One-day visitors can be admitted in the holiday center if previously authorized, and however they have to follow the regulations of the holiday center, enter not before 7 a.m., leave before midnight and pay their staying according to the pricelist.
The entrance of the pets on the site must be authorized in advance and obligates their owners to complete acceptance and observance of “animal friends” regulation. The rate for pets is indicated in the pricelist and has to be paid.
The Management has the right to require any on-site guests to use a ticket (camping pass), bracelet or other issue for identiication purpose, in order to guarantee the most possible security and civil behavior.
Entrance in the holiday center Bi-Village presumes the acquaintance and acceptance of the on-site regulations as also any further regulation introduced by the Management at any moment during the guest’s stay.

Pay desk working hours: 8.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m.
PRICE PER NIGHT - VAT included
The payment for the booked period must be compensated two or one day before the departure.
The booked period must be paid at the pay desk in cash with Croatian Kuna or with credit card.

Rest time: 1.00 – 3.00 p.m. / 24.00 – 7.00 a.m.
(it is prohibited to enter, exit or move with motor vehicles).
