Useful recommendations:
We recommend to our guests to pay attention to their personal stuff, as much as possible. Money and valuable shouldn’t be left unguarded inside caravans, tents or accommodation units. It is also recommended not to leave valuable objects such as laptops, mobile phones, cameras or similar in the car. For a low price the guests can rent a deposit box by the information office, if they don’t have one already in the apartment. We kindly invite our guests and visitors to bring any found item to the information office, as soon as possible. The Management declines any responsibility for lost or burglary.
The guests should always keep the camping pass with them: a ticket issued by the reception at the moment of registering the guest in the campsite. It is needed for the recognition of a person as the guest of the campsite and it enables the reception, information and pay desk offices to access the data regarding each particular guest. For any question or eventually need the guests areasked to contact the information office.
